Property Management

Civix Property Management, LLC, is a subsidiary company of Civix, LLC, which was formed in 2004. Since then, we have represented a number of clients where we act as a liaison between landlord and tenant. In addition to managing buildings, we manage construction, repair and maintenance on all properties (Retail, Medical, Office and Industrial).

Civix Property Management's duties include complete tenant servicing, addressing and meeting day-to-day building operations, marketing/leasing, assisting in acquisitions and dispositions of buildings, budgets and other ancillary reports that are part of the management system.

John Edds, our Property Management representative, has been involved in the industry for over 20 years. Mr. Edds is a Licensed Real Estate Broker (FL), as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM), designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management. John is currently managing a number of buildings in the Southwest Florida corridor.
