• Civix is currently under agreement to develop a brand of Medical Office Building, known as MedEplex, throughout Central Florida. Currently, these locations include:
  • Bartow, Florida - 40,000 S.F.
  • Lake Placid, Florida - 50,000 S.F.

• Civix is currently under discussions to develop a Downtown Sarasota, Florida, State of the art Office Building. We have been working with the City and County of Sarasota for two years in finalizing the development plans.
