Key Elements:
• Phase 1:

• A 60,000 sq. ft. Class "A" Medical Office Building, known as a 'MedEplex'. The MedEplex will generate approximately 20 new medical practices with a first class Diagnostic and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• A 28,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art medically integrated fitness facility, known as 'Healthplex'. This facility will have two key elements:
  • Physical Therapy Center
  • Fitness Facility, which will be managed and operated by Healthplex Associates.
• CVS Pharmacy (Opening May 2009)
• Polk State College Satellite Campus of approximately 400k sq. ft., integrating a Nursing degree faculty.

• Three national brand restaurants.
• Two 60,000 sq. ft. Commercial/Medical Office Buildings that will be developed as the market demands.

• A 400-unit Independent/Assisted Living Facility.
